Could this be used to scrape my stove griddle?
Yes definitely, please ensure it is not a non-stick coated surface though as it may be damaged if so.

The measurements are stamped into the blade, so will not wear off.

Will this rust?
No, not if cared for properly, we recommend always drying after use and not leaving to soak for long periods.
How sturdy is the handle?
The whole scraper is very heavy-duty, secure in your hand and comfortable to use.
Does the Scraper come with a protective cover?
We ship the blade with a small blade protector, but this is just meant for shipping and not as a permanent cover.
Use & Care Instructions
Our Pastry Scraper is top rack dishwasher safe. We recommend rinsing after use, and as with all stainless steel products to DRY COMPLETELY after washing to prevent water spots or surface discoloration/rust on stainless steel. DO NOT soak for extended periods.
For stubborn stains use a baking soda and water mix. Apply a paste to the stained area. Allow to sit for 15 minutes, before scrubbing with a sponge or cloth. Wash afterwards with warm, soapy water. And dry completely. Alternatively a vinegar, baking soda and water mixture works great.
Take care not to use on any surfaces that can easily scratch.
