Return & Refund Policy

At Sunsella.com, we care about your product satisfaction. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, you may return the item(s) within 3 months of the purchase date for a no questions asked full refund. We’ll even cover the shipping costs!

Simply email us at info@sunsella.com with your personal details pertaining to the sale to initiate a refund. You will then receive a pre-paid shipping label to return the item(s) to Sunsella. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued, whichever you’d prefer.

Please note: we can only issue refunds/credits on products that were purchased directly from Sunsella.com. If you purchased through another online retailer, please contact them for your refund, as their own return policies will apply.
